Wahab made duke swing, sing and dance.

What a dream debut for a young boy!

Pakistan were down and out in the series with no win against England's 2 in the series so far, Andrew Strauss won the toss and elected to bat on batting friendly pitch with little bit overcast conditions, Pakistani bowlers started with a ray of hope, Cook the man under pressure nicked a swinging delivery to Kamran and he pouched the edge easily which was a huge sigh of relief for him after a dismal performance at Trent Bridge, England were sailing good enough till 10.2 overs England were 35 for 1

and in no time they England found themselves 4 wickets down with 47 runs on the board, Wahab's magic was just about to begun first one for him was Strauss which was blessed by UDRS because the appeal was turned down, Butt refereed it and it was given clean and clear caught behind, next victim for Wahab was Trott he edge straight to second slip were Yasir Hameed caught a brilliant catch. KP was his next victim, the ball was just marginally nipping away and he got a thin edge, what a character he is he started walking even before he was given Out. Pakistan was doing well catches were being held though England innings started with a mistake by Kamran.

Butt didn't knew much what has stored for him till lunch Wahab Riaz, tore apart England's top order with 3 wickets for him at that time when England was struggling 70 for 5 at Lunch Day 1, after Lunch, What a take it was by Yasir to get rid of Ian Morgan Pakistan's 6th victim at 74, Swann was the man in a hurry, he had other major issues going up in his head, drink and drive case, he was in courts yesterday for explaining his side of the story he nicked one straight to Akmal Jr. what a crisp take it was then it was England's turn to produce some goods as Sun came out, ball stopped to do anything, England took full advantage of it Matt Prior and Stuart Broad gave a 119 frustrating partnership fight back to Pakistan to revive England innings to a honorable total, frustrating enough but Wahab was the man who broke this partnership and claim his five for on the debut a dream come true he struck Broad on his pads and he was given out twice by the on field umpire then by the UDRS .England just managed to put up below par 233 runs on the board with Prior unbeaten brilliant knock of 84, he would have been out by Saeed Ajmal but Muhammad Yousuf's return test match first take was not so clean he dropped him but he took a huge sigh of relief as the innings was finished on the very next ball when Ajmal caught Finn on his pad and he was given plumb out.

Pakistan's reshuffled their order once again, Personally a good move by Butt, as he is under pressure he is not scoring runs and Yasir is one of my favorite test match openers, he knows what he is doing! Yasir started driving convincingly though he had couple of hiccups, he needs to slow down but i don't blame him, he has a lot of fire in him to perform he got his first game in 3 years. He have a lot to prove, Farhat fought hard to stick around and over past tonight he stood their for 11  runs out of 48 runs on the board, he survived in Swann's over which was second last over of the day on some what a short of that magical ball which he bowled at Edgbaston to get rid of him in Second innings but he got a loopy ball from Anderson a tempting one to drive and he played on to the stumps he was bowled with 3 deliveries left in the day next man in was Wahab Riaz the debutant as nightwatch man, he throughly survived next 3 on dot deliveries from Anderson in search of 1 more wicket by the close of Play.

Pakistan had a convincing day though they seems to be going under their own shells when Prior and Broad started to have a go at them but they have never been this much dominating in this series so far, so they need to stay focused from here, if they are planning to win this one.

Best of Luck Pakistan for Day 2!
