Replacements being our saviors for the day!

After getting bundled out for 72 runs on board, Pakistan came on field bowled beautifully but Butt and co missed 5 regulation chances to give England a distinctive lead of 179 runs btw, did i mentioned Ajmal five for? he bowled amazingly!

Pakistan was trailing with 179 runs on board, Innings defeat was on the cards, Imran farhat fought hard for his 29 facing 93 deliveries before he got a ball of the decade by Grame Swann, that was a speechless wicket, What a moment i have witnessed in my life! Wicket of the year! before Pakistan could have re-gathered themselves Swann bowled another beauty which Azhar ali completely misread and he got himself  bowled out for 19 runs to his credit, then the batting order shuffle Malik came and gone with 3 runs to his credit, Akmal and Amin were next targets for Swann with 20 and 14 runs to their credits respectively, then came the saviors, who could not win a match for us but at least they brought some dignity in Pakistan's camp

Muhammad Aamer, Saeed Ajmal and Zulqarnain Haider, battling out hard, testing England for the very first time in the series. Aamer scored 16 runs from 117 balls battling hard out he lost his focus and nicked one out to Strauss, then came the might brave heart Saeed Ajmal he scored a quick and fiery 50 to his credit, Zulqarnain played an amazing fearless knock of 88 from 200 balls. Maybe this is what you call "test match" temperament. Pakistan just managed 118 runs lead after 179 runs deficit of Englands first innings. England got the test match with quite a convincing 9 wicket win!

They were pretty unlucky when they came out to bowled Weather helped out England much more than the fielders but we can chalk down positives out from this test match, they fought hard to make it better for themselves this is what is missing from Pakistan's outfit. This is what it matters the most at this point of time for our team, Patience is the key!

"Zulqarnain Haider and Saeed Ajmal congratulate each other on their 100-run partnership, England v Pakistan, 2nd Test, Edgbaston"
