Karachi is on fire again as ANP leader shot dead.





Karachi has been set ablaze again after two people including ANP provincial leader Ubaid-ullah Yousuf Zai were shot dead near airport. Tension gripped several parts of the metropolis as shops and markets closed. Police said unknown assailants opened fire on a vehicle near PIA Colony, injuring two persons, Ubaidullah and Salim Akhtar. They sustained multiple bullet wounds and died on their way to the hospital.


Miscreants set several vehicles on fire in different areas of the city including Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Old Sabzi Mandi, Tower, Sultanabad, Landhi Babar Market and Quaidabad. Several innocent karachiites injured due to aerial firing in Orangi Town, Kati Pahari, Qasba Colony, Banaras Town, Abul Isphani Road and Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
